The principle is simple: your documents are split into passages, turned into vectors and stored in a vector database. For each question, the most relevant passages are retrieved and the model writes an answer only from them, with a link to the source. That is what sets a RAG application apart from a general-purpose ChatGPT: no answers "from memory", no inventions about your business.

What is included, and what it costs
The base (2 640 € excl. VAT, fixed price) includes indexing your documents, the chat with sourced answers, integration on your channel (website, intranet, Slack) and the documentation. Customization beyond that is quoted against a specification, signed before we start. Live in 2 to 4 weeks. On the technical side, I use Supabase (pgvector) or Cloudflare (Vectorize) depending on your context: the details are on the pgvector or Vectorize page.
