This policy describes how Buildoto, trade name of MIGNOT Sébastien Cyril Alain (Entrepreneur individuel (micro-entreprise)), processes your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

2. Data collected
- Contact and booking data: name, email address and the information you provide when you book a meeting or write to us.
- Browsing and audience-measurement data: pages viewed, traffic source, device type. This data is collected only after your consent via the cookie banner.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your requests and arranging meetings: performance of pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest.
- Managing the client relationship and billing: performance of the contract and legal obligation (accounting and tax).
- Measuring site audience: your consent, collected via the cookie banner and revocable at any time.
4. Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold. It may be processed by the following providers, strictly within the purposes above:
- Cal.com: online appointment booking.
- Cloudflare: hosting of the site and database.
- Google (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics): audience measurement, only after consent.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are framed by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses).
5. Retention periods
- Prospects: up to 3 years after the last contact.
- Clients and accounting documents: 10 years, in accordance with legal obligations.
- Audience-measurement cookies: 13 months maximum; consent is requested again at most every 6 months.
6. Your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, contact us by post at the data controller's address (section 1) or via online booking.

7. Cookies
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline audience-measurement cookies. No measurement cookie is set without your consent. You can change your choice by deleting the cookies in your browser, which will make the banner reappear.
